What are your pieces made of?

  • when possible we use recycled metals and sustainably sourced stones.
  • in our sculptural and home decor pieces we us repurposed, recycled, and reclaimed material

How long will it take my piece to ship?

  • our pieces are either made to order or one of a kind
  • please allow up to 3 weeks for made to order pieces to ship
  • if your piece is in stock it will ship within 2 days of order date
  • if you have ordered a custom piece, we will be in touch with updates
  • we ship USPS priority
  • when ordering multiple items, they will all be shipped together to the shipping address provided. If for some reason, all items are not available at the time of the order, we will contact you with shipping options. 

Returns and exchanges

  • if you are not absolutely in love with your purchase, we're happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery. All exchanges require pre-authorization via email and must be returned unworn, in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs will not be included in the exchange credit.

  • Custom orders, discounted jewelry, and the Reciprocity Collection are final sale

  • When shipping an exchange, the customer must return items in proper packaging, with insurance and tracking information. Christine Ann Nicols will not be liable for loss or damage of returned jewelry without proof of delivery. If items are shipped back without pre-authorization they will not be eligible for exchange.

Why Reciprocity?

  • we are in business to change the way people value nature. Part of that is giving back.
  • 5% of every sale is donated to the Xerces Society.
  • people should be able to have nice things and make a difference with their choices. So the most affordable collection - the Reciprocity Collection -  does the most good. Up to 50% of the sale of each piece from this collection is donated to the Xerces Society. You will find percentage breakdowns in the description of the piece.
